As I sit here, watching Top Chef, I've come to the realization that I lead a very, very boring life. I mean, I would think I was the coolest person in the world if I could make HALF of the stuff on this show.

Ha.

I can barely cook mac-n-cheese without putting too much butter/milk in it. Soupy mac-n-cheese is a nerd bomber, folks.

But I'm becoming sidetracked. I really really want to promote some of my favorite people in the world. The Cab, The Maine, Push Play, and My Favorite Highway are not only amazing musicians, but they are fantastic human beings as well. It's Been Awhile;;

It's been like, 6 months since I've updated this...which seems appropriate for some odd reason.

Over the last few months, so much has drastically changed in my life that I can officially say that I odn't mind change. I mean, last year was a huge turning point for me. As I look back now, I see that the person who started the arguments, ignored the friends, and gossiped over the pety things really wasn't me. College should be so much more chill than that, and although I wasn't the only one who contributed to the drama, I can definitely claim that I would've been happier had I just shut up. This year, I've still kept the close friends I loved last year, and made new ones that make the stressful days more easier to bear.

I've also learned to live life so much further. The road leading to happiness is so full of bumps and dead ends that sometimes you do need a GPS to give you directions back to the main road. It's definitely not always easy, but I would not know how to drive without my best friends in the back seat singing along to the road mix with me.
